~ My Story ~
My career began 25 years ago as a professional chef. This period of time has had an immeasurable impact on my approach to food. I began to dissect the correlation between the western diet and chronic illness when I was introduced to the book Forks over Knives. My perspective became clear after arming myself with the wealth of information and success stories that it had to offer. It showcased how providing our bodies with the proper nutrients was affecting the outcome of our health and wellness. At the time, I was in my 40's with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a family history of heart disease. Fearing my outcome, I immediately began a whole food plant-based journey. I have reversed the results of my blood pressure and cholesterol and have successfully been coaching others through their own journey and transition to this highly trending lifestyle. My experience as a chef has gifted me with the knowledge and creativity to excel. And now, through this platform, I am able to share the details of my successes, challenges and the most powerful knowledge to ensure a successful transition for you and your loved ones. I am a continuous craver of education and love understanding the benefits that Mother Nature has provided for us.
